Biography

Anton Rattinger was born in Möderbrugg (Austria). He studied drama at Berlin's Max- Reinhard- Schule, and he achieved a doctor's degree in psychology at Berlin's Technical University in 1983. Since1975 Rattinger appeared in many roles on various stages, mostly in Berlin, e.g. the Schillertheater and the Renaissance Theater. He played lead roles in major musical productions, e.g. at the Theater an der Wien and Berlin's Theater des Westens, appeared in numerous TV features, and participated in German and international cinema productions.
