Saida Rodriguez Pagan is an American journalist and actress of Puerto Rican heritage. She was born and raised in New York City and began her on-camera career as a television reporter and anchor in Colorado Springs, CO. Saida has appeared on-camera in Hartford, Los Angeles, Fresno and in the Washington, DC area. In January of 1987, she got her first acting break playing a newscaster in an episode of "Cagney and Lacey." Since then, Saida has appeared in 45 television episodes, 10 movies, and in dozens of industrial films. In her real life role as a newscaster, she has won a number of awards including a team coverage Emmy and two Golden Mikes. Saida's news background makes her a natural as an anchor, reporter or host.
