Tara Samuel is a Canadian award-winning actor, writer, producer and filmmaker. Canadian Screen Award Nomination for Best Lead Actress in a series for her role "Vangeline Neddeaus" in award-winning CBC original series The Neddeaus of Duqesne Island.
