K. Madhu

K Madhu is an Indian film director and producer who works predominantly in the Malayalam film industry. K Madhu began his career, working as an assistant director under eminent film director M. Krishnan Nair, who was also a recipient of the prestigious J.C. Daniel Award. He made his debut with Malarum Kiliyum (1986) and has directed over 30 popular and financially successful feature films in various languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu & Kannada) including Irupatham Noottandu, Mounam Sammadham, Crime File, Nadia Kollappetta Rathri, Moonam Mura and the CBI Series. He succeeded in getting a career break in 1987 with Irupatham Noottandu starring Mohanlal which broke all the records in collection & popularity. It was followed by Oru CBI Diary Kurippu in 1988.
