Biography

Jamee Natella is a producer. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she attended the Chicago Academy for the Arts. In 1998, Jamee moved to Los Angeles when she was 17. Transitioning from acting to behind the camera her journey began working at a variety of different production companies as well as local film studios (Warner Brothers, Touchstone Pictures). It was at this time that Jamee gained most of her knowledge about the entertainment industry and began to develop strong relationships within the entertainment sector. In 1995, Benicio Del Toro approached Jamee to Executive Produce his directorial debut short film "Submission", which went on to earn an official selection at the International Venice Film Festival in 1997. The success of "Submission" led to new opportunities for Jamee and she was approached to be head Producer for the critically acclaimed Japanese talk show, "Teatime" for Tokyo Broadcasting System.
