Mathias Kahler-Polagnoli

Born in Linz, Austria, in 1969, as son of Joerg Kahler, a visual artist of the Austrian Fantastic Realism, who inspired Mathias artistically very much. Early on Mathias took interest in the art of acting . His mother Veronica Polagnoli an artist herself gave him a strong support to his acting career. Mathias grew up in Seewalchen at Lake Attersee / Austria. By the age of 13 Mathias spent a year in Canada in Vancouver at Junior High School gaining a solid basis for the English language. By the age of 16 Mathias started taking acting classes at the Linz Bruckner-Conservatory / Austria . Soon after he got cast for the first theatre productions. In 1989 he took a contract with the Baden-Baden theatre in Germany. From 1994 he debuted in German TV. Ever since he has been part of numerous successful productions cinematic,TV and stage. Today Mathias Kahler-Polagnoli lives in Vienna, Austria.
