Biography

David Ingram was born on March 27th, in Bowmanville, Ontario, to Kathryn Fay Ingram and Roger Ingram, who nurtured his artistic side from a very early age. Much of his childhood was spent at his drawing table, where he would draw and paint for hours a day. As an older child he started putting on plays for the other kids in the neighborhood, staging recreations from Star Wars, Superman and James Bond. Throughout high school David began to focus more on visual arts and was accepted into McMaster University's Fine Arts program, though a last minute change of heart had him switch into the theatre program where he ultimately graduated with Combined Honours in Theatre and Philosophy. After university David moved to Toronto and booked his first television role in the Sci-fi show Starhunter, which was soon followed by appearances in Doc, Queer As Folk, G-Spot, and Disney's Twitches.
