Ian Hunter

Director/VFX Supervisor and co-founder of New Deal Studios, Ian is multi-disciplined artist who has established himself as a visionary storyteller in the field of motion picture visual effects and production for over 25 years. Bringing his unique style and creative vision to each of his projects, Hunter has won 3 VES Awards for his work including sequences in The Dark Knight (2008) and Inception (2010) . He was recently a visual effect supervisor on the film Interstellar (2014) Hunter's directorial debut was the award winning Short Allure (2009) and two national Subway Commercials. Ever the creator, Ian is parlaying his experience in visual effects and film design into the cutting edge virtual reality world with his first project Kaiju Fury! (2014)
