Biography

Andy Lucas was trained in the Stanislavski method at East 15 Drama School (Joan Littlewood and Margaret Berry). His first job after graduating was a nationwide tour of England with Berthold Brecht's 'Fears' and 'Miseries of the Third Reich' where he was spotted and given his first break in films with a part in John Schlesinger's 'Yanks' with Richard Gere and Vanessa Redgrave. It was to be the first in a long series of American parts that Andy has played including a role in Warren Beatty's 'Reds' and most recently 'How to Loose Friends and Alienate People' other films include 'Alien Vs Predator' 'Quadrophenia' 'Sexy Beast and 'Half Moon Street'. With a Fuji Film scholarship he co wrote, produced and starred in 'Just Looking' which won several BAFTA awards including one for him personally.
