Debra Lawrance is an Australian actress who was born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Debra is best known for her roles in theatre and television. Debra is best known for her tenure on Australian TV soap Home and Away (1988) as the second Pippa Ross taking over the role from Vanessa Downing, Debra would appear on and off throughout the characters tenure between 1990 and 2009. Lawrance would also appear in many other Australian shows including 3 different stints on cult TV series Prisoner (1979) as a nurse, trainee officer Sally Dean and Daphne Graham, other shows would include A Country Practice (1981), Blue Heelers (1994), House Husbands (2012), Please Like Me (2013), Neighbours (1985). Lawrance was rewarded for her efforts with an AACTA award in 2014. Lawrance is also married to Dennis Coard and they have two children together.
