Biography

Kerry Lambert is a writer/director/producer working primarily in non-fiction television. She crafted the long-running Food Network series, "The Secret Life Of..." from the ground up. Her writing and producing efforts gave the series the highest critical marks in the history of Scripps Networks. She oversaw over 100 episodes and 4 one-hour specials. She has worked for History, The Weather Channel, Discovery, Food Network, The Cooking Channel, Discover Outdoor Life, BBC, and PBS. In addition to her television credits, Kerry has directed for theatre; most notably a comedic series of monologues called "Deflowered" at the Improv Olympic which extended its 3-day run to sold out audiences in Los Angeles, and inspired the movie, "Thirteen" by Catharine Hardwicke. Kerry also directed the controversial cult comedy hit, "Peace for Pot" which Backstage West hailed for its "imaginative direction".
