Omar Koury

Omar Koury is a classically trained actor who works in professional theatres across the United States and around the world, as well as having appeared on numerous television and film productions. His body of work ranges from 30 straight performances as The Turkish Guy on The Late Show with David Letterman to performing in the world premiere, Drama League nominated theatre production of Aftermath at the prestigious New York Theatre Workshop. The world tour of Aftermath gave Mr. Koury the opportunity to perform at The Old Vic in London, Town Hall Theatre in Galway, Ireland and the Perth and Melbourne Art Festivals in Australia. His other favorite stage roles include his work in the Barrymore Award winning US premiere of Scorched at the Wilma Theater in Philadelphia and his performance in the co-production of The Kite Runner at Cleveland Playhouse and Actors Theater of Louisville.
