Biography

Angeliki Giannakopoulos is known for the documentary "My Child: Mothers Of War" is about mothers whose children were soldiers in Iraqi War. She has worked as an associate producer at NBC On-Air Promotion, producing promos for all of the network's prime-time shows, including Friends, Frasier, Will and Grace, The West Wing, Law and Order, and many others. Her documentary "A Greek Woman" was an Official Entry at Cinequest 2003, where it premiered and screened to a sold-out audience. In 2001 she again went the festival route with a documentary that she produced and co-directed "Age of Elegance," which was executive produced by Chris Moore (producer of American Pie and Good Will Hunting), Jeff Bailys and directed by Cooper Layne (executive producer of The Emperor's Club and The Core (starring Hilary Swank), and The Fog).
