Biography

Although some attribute it to a short attention span, Oglio Recording Artist Bill Frenzer has had a wildly, wonderfully varied comedy career for over thirty years as a performer, writer, producer and actor on stage, film, TV radio and recording. As a founding member of Omaha's legendary comedy band The Ogden Edsl Wahalia Blues Ensemble Mondo Bizzario Band (made famous on the Dr. Demento show for their classic hit "Dead Puppies Aren't Much Fun"), Bill and his partners Bill Carey, Rich Thieman, Otis Twelve and over 150 other musicians, writers, and performers conspired to create comedy madness in every conceivable context: Starting out in sketch and improv comedy in Omaha with Pat Proft and Tom Sherohman at Sweetness and Light and Megan Terry's Magic Theatre, they branched into Syndicated Radio comedy with their nationally syndicated "Adventures of The Ogden Edsl Wahalia Bules Ensemble Mondo Bizzario Band," produced comedy TV and Radio spots, then followed up with their long-before-You
