Brent Fidler

Brent Fidler was born to play characters that have a spiritual impact, his first stage role at age six being the tavern owner that tossed Mary Magdalene out of the Inn and into the manger. Brent's theater and film company, Theater Crossing, has produced a wide variety of acclaimed productions in Canada and Los Angeles that celebrate the subtle interaction between the physical and spiritual worlds. His love for the gothic cannon has seen Brent play Dracula, Frankenstein, Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, and Edgar Allan Poe. One of his favorite roles was stepping into the skin of the iconic Sherlock Holmes. He has adapted his stage plays of Poe and Macbeth into screenplays and he has been optioned by accomplished Hollywood producer Doug Claybourne and Janis Chastin at New Line Cinema.
