Biography

Scott Ferguson graduated with a Diploma in acting from the Ensemble 3 year acting course in 1986. For the Ensemble theatre he appeared in lead roles in Barefoot in the Park and The Star Spangled Girl, both directed by Hayes Gordon. Over the next few years he appeared in plays for the Griffin Theatre, including Alex Buzo's Rooted directed by Robert Connelly, as well as touring Shakespeare productions and The History of Australian Theatre for schools. From 1986 to 1989 he worked the stand up comedy circuit in Sydney along side comedy luminaries such as Rodney Rude, Austen Tayshus and Vince Sorrenti. TV credits include Rafferty's Rules, A Country Practice, Home and Away, Water Rats, Police Rescue, and Fallen Angels. More recently he appeared in Rake, Evil Women, Between Two Worlds, Back to the Rafters and two seasons of The Secret Daughter. Scott also starred in "The Day Neil Armstrong Walked on the Moon", a two-hander with Rob Steele. This was a low budget feature which, none the less
