Biography

Leigh was raised in the heart of Cajun Country in a very active family who loved sports of all kinds. Her father, Jeff Hennessy, was the US National Trampoline coach from 1964-1980 while teaching at the University of Southwestern Louisiana, now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He has coached more World Trampoline Champions than any coach in the country. In due time, Leigh became one of them. Leigh's love of trampoline took her all over the world representing the United States in countless international competitions, winning titles in both national and international competitions during her career. She competed in individual trampoline, synchronized trampoline, and double mini-trampoline, winning two world titles. After receiving a Master's degree at UL and working on Capitol Hill as a staffer for Congressman James A. Hayes (D-LA), Leigh eventually translated her athletic career into a film career as a stunt woman and actress. Her first feature film was Bad Boys Bad Boys (1995
