Biography

Natalie Hendrix Tate was born and raised in Statesboro, Georgia. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Television, Film, Radio and Theater from Georgia Southern University. She put herself through school competing in scholarship competitions winning awards in interview, talent and swimsuit. After college, she moved to Savannah, Georgia and went from being an intern, General Assignment Reporter, Weekend Anchor to Main Weeknight Anchor within 2 years at WJCL TV 22, the ABC affiliate in Savannah. One of her most memorable news assignments was deploying with military troops and reporting from Saudi Arabia during the Gulf War. After 15 years of Broadcast News, she wanted new challenges and began working in film and commercials while also developing 2 Lifestyle Entertainment Shows, "The Southern Scene" and "The Bridge" that she hosted for WSAV, the NBC affiliate in Savannah for 5 years.
