Having led teams of creative executives and high caliber studio readers, Gale is known for identifying, creating and communicating, compelling, high concept commercial content with global appeal. During his time at the studio Gale provided insight on thousands of project submissions and guided creative and data driven decisions leading to investment selections resulting in per project average revenue of $81 million domestic, $78 million international and $37 million home video. Memorable as the beatnik wannabe Charlie "Nuwanda" Dalton in 1989's Dead Poet's Society.
