Biography

Jim Gulliford is originally from Chicago where he has performed in many local theatre plays. His love for acting started in a 5th grade play, he then auditioned for every play he could after that.......and was offered every part he auditioned for! Each role seemed to strengthen his hunger for acting. After moving to Phoenix in 1988, Jim continued his love for acting by enrolling in acting classes from various schools and teachers. After being in several more local plays and continuing his training, he wanted to expand his career into film and television. Since 1993, he worked with filmmaker Tiffany Dang in her college project, "Horror of Love," feature film trailer, "Regrets," short film, "Torn" (won Best Asian-American Romantic Short at the 1998 New York International Independent Film & Video Festival), TV pilot, "Half-Sis," and a romantic comedy feature, "Deceitfully Funny."
