Biography

Jerry Griffin is a seasoned actor with principal character experience in a myriad of productions from stage, film, and television, to voice-overs and musical comedy (he was Dracula in 'The Kiss of Dracula', sung with a Transylvanian accent, and yes, fangs.). He graduated with a degree in Journalism from Georgia State University where he wrote and anchored an Emmy-award-winning news program covering the Georgia Legislature. His photojournalistic work was published in the Atlanta Constitution. Despite his many successes he shifted gears to begin a career in acting. His first principal was in the intense Vietnam war play, 'Wasted', the NY Drama Critics selection as best original play outside New York. His success prompted him to move north. He landed a recurring role on 'All My Children', where he was smitten with Erica Kane's sister.
