Andy Cowan

Andy Cowan is an award-winning writer/producer/performer and the only writer associated with Cheers (three episodes), Seinfeld, and 3rd Rock from the Sun (both staff). His staff and pilot writing credits represent over a dozen comedies and talk shows. He is the creator and host of the comedy/therapy podcast, The Neurotic Vaccine, launched by the Benztown McVay Media Podcast Networks in 2022, one of five final 2023 Quill Podcast Award nominees for Best New Podcast, and one of four final 2023 Quill Podcast Award nominees for Best Comedy Podcast. His memoir, Banging My Head Against The Wall: A Comedy Writer's Guide to Seeing Stars, foreword by Jay Leno, was published in 2018 by Black Rose Writing and acquired by The National Comedy Center in Jamestown, New York, in 2019.
