Yarrow Cheney

Yarrow Cheney trained in animation at the California Institute of the Arts, entering the industry through layout and character animation on early projects that gave him experience in both traditional and computer animation production. He progressed into production design on feature animation, working with creative teams to shape visual environments and integrating design work with collaborative pipelines. Cheney expanded his career into directing, where he partnered with fellow directors on large-scale animated projects that involved coordination across storyboarding, character design, and voice production. His work spans screen animation roles from design through direction. He has also contributed to published narrative work developed with a co-creative partner from outside film.
