Sal Carino

Sal began his film career as a Set Builder while still in college. After many different job positions in film & t.v. production, Sal was encouraged to train in Production Finance. After quickly learning how to budget and manage accounting for film and t.v, Sal found this to be a great training ground into becoming a Producer. One of Sal's proudest achievement was to work as the Production Controller for 6 seasons of HBO's big hit "The Sopranos." Sal found a home at HBO where he continued working on some of their biggest productions. After many years of free-lance he accepted a corporate role at HBO as Vice President Production Finance. Sal eventually returned to production free-lance to again pursue his goal of becoming a Producer, Co-Producing his first project in 2016 for Amazon Studios "The Marvelous Mrs Maisel" (created by Amy Sherman-Palladino.)
