5'8" Sophie Dix was born in Paddington, London, England, UK. She is an actress and writer best known for The Hour of the Pig (1993), Soldier Soldier (1995-1996), Military Wives (2019). She has two feature films currently in development: Snowbirds and Louis, and A TV series adapted from the novel The Tea Planter's Daughter. Family (2) She lives in Oxfordshire with her two daughters, Georgia Dix and Violet Dix. Trivia (3) Grew up in Totnes, Devon (UK), and attended King Edward VI Comprehensive School (Kevics) then Drama Centre London. She twice stood for The Green Party in Hampstead Town, doubling votes.
