Chiquinquira Delgado--better known as "Chiqui"--is a renowned Venezuelan actress and TV host/presenter. Born in Maracaibo, it was in Caracas where she developed her artistic career. Her beauty, elegance and intelligence led her to participate in the Miss Venezuela pageant in 1990, in which she was first runner up,.
