Lauren Ashley

Lauren Ashley (LA) is a Christian actress, filmmaker, singer, songwriter and health/fitness instructor. Her first music video "All This Love" was inspired by an industry event in Malibu where she understood the significance of God's love and his importance in her life. As a personal trainer and health & fitness expert, LA has trained and advised such luminaries as actor Paul Sorvino and singer/songwriter Red Foo from the band LFAO. LA has her own production company, Parable Films with a slate of on-going projects in development.
