Biography

Filmmaker Michael Anton burst into the scene at the age of 21 producing, writing, and directing his first film the micro budget comedy "Potheads The Movie." After attending one year at Auburn University where Michael played football and baseball for the tigers, Michael moved to Los Angeles to pursue a writing career, after selling his first script at nineteen Michael managed to land a few small acting roles on hit TV Shows such as ER and General Hospital. After a few years of bouncing back and forth between writing and acting he decided to give up acting and pursue his first love, film making. In 2008 he ran one of the largest funded state senate campaigns in the history of Pennsylvania state politics. In 2009 Michael was elected as a State Committeeman for Pennsylvania. Michael went on to be named Vice President of Key Care Hospice in 2010, winning the Aster Award in 2011 for designing one of the top Hospice booklets in the world.
