Biography

Amy Lyndon was born in New Rochelle, New York. This extremely versatile character actress has known she wanted to be an actress since the age of 10. When she was 16, Lyndon jumped on a train to study at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City and then went on to England to tackle the prestigious London Academy of Performing Arts. After earning her BFA from Syracuse University, Lyndon studied with Stella Adler, Harry Mastrogeorge, at The Groundlings, CBS Comedy On The Lot and The Comedy Store. Lyndon has been seen Guest Starring in over 30 television shows; as Goldilocks in "NCIS", as Susan Pinkwell in "Law and Order: LA," as Louise in "Eagleheart," Recurring as Marge in "Days Of Our Lives," as Shelly in "Ugly Betty," Recurring as Crystal in "The Young and the Restless," as Tanya Kellerman in "NYPD Blue," as Arlene in "Roswell," as Petty Officer Darling in "JAG," and Recurring as Mary Beth in "Freddy's Nightmares."
