Biography

Bo Kane grew up in Griffith, Indiana, the youngest of three boys. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Business Administration (also on the boxing team), and later received his MBA from the University of Denver. The switch from business to acting began in Chicago when Bo was studying at Second City, and was hired as a precision driving cop for the film "The Blues Brothers". In LA, while studying with Darryl Hickman, he appeared on television in General Hospital, Party of Five, Melrose Place and others, and films such as El Norte, Child's Play, What's Love Got To Do With It, and several commercials. He also began a weekly volunteer job as an Equestrian Coach for the California Special Olympics, a position that he held for 16 years, which included coaching athletes in the Special Olympic World Games.
