Sam Neill

Sam Neill is a Northern Ireland–born New Zealand actor whose career bridges art-house cinema and Hollywood blockbusters with remarkable ease. After studying at Victoria University of Wellington, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on philosophy, he began acting with the New Zealand National Film Unit before gaining attention in My Brilliant Career (1979).
