Alfred Molina is a British-American actor trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and a former member of the National Youth Theatre. He began on the London stage, earning an Olivier Award nomination for Oklahoma! (1980) and later three Tony nominations for Art (1998), Fiddler on the Roof (2004), and Red (2010). On film, he debuted in Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) and received BAFTA nominations for Frida (2002) and An Education (2009). Known internationally for portraying Doctor Octopus in Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), he has also worked as a producer and educator in Los Angeles, supporting theater training and AIDS awareness initiatives.
