Keanu Reeves

Whether you agree with them or not, people are passing judgment on you.” Keanu Reeves is a Beirut-born, Canadian-raised actor known for his charisma and for portraying iconic characters in action, sci-fi, and drama films. He grew up in Toronto, where he discovered his passion for acting as a teenager and left school to pursue it full-time. He made his television debut in an episode of Hangin' In and, after working in theater, made his film debut with Youngblood (1986). That same year, he gained recognition for his performance in River’s Edge. In 1991, he stood out in My Own Private Idaho and as Jonathan Harker in Bram Stoker’s Dracula, directed by Francis Ford Coppola. However, his international breakthrough came years later when he played Neo in the acclaimed Matrix saga. In 2005, he starred in Constantine, and later redefined action cinema once again with his lead role in the successful John Wick franchise. With a career marked by versatility, Keanu Reeves has become a beloved and respected figure in the film industry.
