Yves Allégret

Yves Allégret was born on October 13, 1905 in Asnières-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France as Yves Edouard Allégret. He was a director and writer, known for The Proud and the Beautiful (1953), The Best Part (1955) and Dédée d'Anvers (1948). He was married to Michèle Cordoue, Simone Signoret and Renée Naville. He died on January 31, 1987 in Jouars-Pontchartrain, Yvelines, France.
