Stellan Skarsgård

“There is no overacting, only untrue acting.” Born in Sweden, the patriarch of the Skarsgård family began his acting career in Swedish television and theater during his late teens and early twenties. His naturalistic performances quickly garnered attention, leading to significant roles within the Swedish film industry and collaborations with esteemed directors such as Ingmar Bergman.
