Biography

Vic Bulluck is a senior executive and innovator with over 20 years experience in the development and execution of initiatives, programs and events focused on America's ever-emerging multicultural audience and marketplace. He opened the Hollywood Bureau office of the national NAACP, becoming its first Executive Director. He served as the Managing Director of Outreach and Special Events, for the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. At the Hollywood Bureau, Vic served as the NAACP's key executive officer in charge of addressing issues of minority representation and employment in front of and behind the camera. He also supervised the administration of submissions and voting for the NAACP Image Awards. He was appointed by and is co-chair of the Nielson African American Advisory Council.
