Shanda Lee Munson

Shanda Lee was born and raised in a small Eastern Iowa town, Dubuque, also referred to as the "Masterpiece on the Mississippi." She has since moved thirty-six times in the past two decades. The oldest of four children, and definitely the most dramatic. Her love of performing started at a very young age when she was cast as "Ballerina 1" in a school play in the second grade. Dozens of theater productions followed over the years, as well as forcing her parents to watch endless musical performances with her siblings. They did Madonna proud. Although she wanted to move to Los Angeles for acting after high school graduation, her mother "wisely" suggested going to college first to get a "real" degree. After graduating with three (Marketing, PR and Spanish), she worked in Marketing for John Deere for several years. It was there that she truly honed her acting craft.
