Rod Biermann

Rod Biermann has experience representing employers and executives, partners, and professionals, in a wide variety of employment related claims and issues. He has litigated complex employment matters in Federal and State Court and in arbitrations and mediations on behalf of both companies and individuals, including claims of Discrimination; Hostile Work Environment; Retaliation; Disability; Wage and Hour Violations; Restrictive Covenant Breaches; and Employee Benefits Claims. He also has significant experience with complex employment agreements from both the employer and employee perspective, including drafting and negotiating executive level employment contracts, severance agreements, consultation agreements, and restrictive covenants.
