Jovhante' Johnson

Jovhante Tyre Johnson or Champ Johnson, is a native of Moss Point, Mississippi. He took interest in the art of acting at the age of seven. Recognizing performers such as Denzel Washington, Will Smith, Tom Hanks , Leonard DiCaprio, Jamie Fox, and many others, Jovhante came up with the idea that he too would someday want to grace the screen with veterans such as those and that is when he began his journey. Throughout his teenage years, Jovhante began training in his craft and also booking projects. He was trained by Jaqueline Fleming and Jim Gleason in New Orleans, Louisiana along side Greg Tarzan Davis, who would later become a lead in the hit film Top Gun Maverick along side Tom Cruise. Jovhante was also heavily inspired by the late and great Chadwick Boseman, and he believed in always showing up to work no matter what the circumstances. Boseman didn't believe in excuses, and Johnson took that and viewed him as one of the most hardest working and dedicated actors he ever looked up to.
