Richard Lippert

Richard entered the workforce at age 12 washing and waxing cars, mowing lawns and selling greeting cards door-to-door. During high school he worked as dock hand at a marina, a clam-digger and ran the counter at a busy restaurant and soda shop. During his college years (he holds a degree in Political Economy), he owned and operated a surfboard shop and was privileged to work as an international management trainee with Pan American World Airways based in San Jose, Costa Rica and Caracas, Venezuela. Richard began flying at age 7 and earned his pilot's license while in high school. Upon graduation from college, he entered the U. S. Navy's Aviation Officer Training School (flight school) at Pensacola, Florida. He served for 15 years of active and reserve duty with fighter and attack squadrons both deployed on aircraft carriers and at shore installations within the United Sates.
