Catherine Harris-White

Catherine has been acting since the age of 14 when she began her career onstage performing in "MAAFA" at the Moore Theatre in Seattle. She continued her stage work portraying "Rizzo" in the Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute production of "Grease" presented at the Paramount Theatre as well as performing at the Intiman Theatre for several years in it's "Black Nativity" play as well as "Skin of Our Teeth" directed by Tony Award Winning Bartlett Sher. Since then she has refocused on music, successfully signing to Sub Pop records with her group THEESatisfaction in 2011. As a musician she goes by "SassyBlack". Black is a space aged singer, songwriter & producer based in Seattle, Washington. This Goddess of "electronic psychedelic soul" & "hologram funk" explores the concepts of sound through deep compositions.
