Wil Gonzalez

Wil Gonzalez was born in Newark, NJ in 1959 and grew up in the South Bronx. He has three sisters and was born to Ana C. Chaparro and Alfredo Gonzalez from Rincon, Puerto Rico. Growing up he was always involved in music, drama and sports. Having a passion for the arts at a young age, in the mid 1970's, he played percussion in several salsa bands and participated in numerous drama plays in High School. As a teenager, he was fortunate to accompany Mr. Tito Puente "The King of Timbales" In 1982, after completing his years in the military and graduating from the University of Hawaii, he moved to Atlanta, GA and became very engaged in his acting career and filmed a few national commercials. He successfully completed over 30 years in the corporate world working for fortune 500 companies and has returned to his true passion of acting and directing.
