La'Porsha Renae quickly became an American sweetheart, after appearing on the 15th and final season of American Idol (2002). Captivating the audience with heart-wrenching performances of records, such as "No More Drama" (Mary J. Blige), "Ready for Love" (India Arie) and "Diamonds" (Rihanna), La'Porsha quickly grabbed the attention of not only the American Idol judges, but also the millions of viewers at home.
