Johanna Smitz

Johanna is a Swedish actress born outside the small town Västervik, in the south part of Sweden. Her love for acting started in a very young age. There was no theatre or films being made in the tiny village where she lived, but she took every opportunity she could find to get to be absorbed in a creative environment. When she was 15 she went to acting collage, and she had never felt more at home. After collage she moved to London to find a bigger creative community to be part of. It didn't take long until she found jobs in the film industry. Since then she has worked on films such as Tomb Raider, Jason Bourne and award winning short films shot across the world. Her passion and dedication for film shines through everything she does. Her ethereal look and deep connection to her emotions are some of the key elements for performances on screen which leaves few untouched.
