Vlad Balan

Vlad Balan is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born in February 24 1993 in Bucuresti, Romania .He graduated from National University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography . In 2015, he plays first role in the movie Busy Day for Papamobile. Known for films The Silent Valley (2016), Noaptea Ursului and Busy Day for Papamobile (2015).
