Alya Elouissi

Alya Elouissi is a professional actress, singer, songwriter and model who was born on July 17, 1995 in Ljubljana, Slovenia to Slovenian-Algerian parents. She is fluent in 6 languages (English, French, Russian, Slovenian, Arabic, Serbo-Croatian) and has an elementary knowledge of the Spanish, Italian and Polish languages. Alya has been acting since childhood when she joined a local theatre group. Shortly after she received an award for the most promising actress at the 6th Festival of Theatre Dreams 2007 in Ljubljana. Subsequently she attended various acting schools, workshops and seminars and took part in many theatre productions and short films. She began singing in choirs when she was 6 and progressed with voice coaching at the age of 11 which helped her to develop her unique voice, broad vocal range and stage presence.
