Rich Eckhardt

Rich Eckhardt is an American guitarist best know as lead guitarist for Country Superstar Toby Keith. He was born in Yonkers NY and raised in Riverdale MD and has settled in Nashville TN. Eckhardt is a Grammy certified musician who has 2 solo instrumental albums, Soundcheck (2005) and Cottage City Firehouse (2009). He has been in multiple music videos, TV commercials and films. Eckhardt was hired to play the guitarist for the fictional Bo Price in the Toby Keith film Broken Bridges alongside Willie Nelson and other members of Toby's Easy Money Band. He appeared in 4 seasons of the ABC series Nashville as the guitarist and bandleader for Luke Wheeler (Will Chase). He also performed as the guitarist for Loretta Lynn in the 2019 Lifetime TV movie Patsy & Loretta. Rich has also contributed arrangements and original songs for films including Providence and Babs.
