Tracy B. Mann is known for his enigmatic personality, kindness, smile, and positive attitude. Always willing to lift others up, Tracy became a major pillar of the Louisiana film community, utilizing his skills both in front of, and behind the camera. Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, Tracy studied business at Bethel University and then went on to study film while living in New Orleans, Louisiana.
