Richard Mainwaring

Richard is a composer, performer and TV presenter. He has written music for the BBC, C4 (UK), Channel 5 (UK), Discovery Channel and Central China TV. He is represented by publishers Accorder Music. As a multi-instrumentalist, Richard has worked extensively throughout the UK, as well as in Europe and the USA. Primarily a classical violinist, Richard is equally at home composing and performing across a range of genres. Richard is also a frequent TV reporter on the BBC's flagship show, The One Show. He has presented around 50 films on music, from Dire Straits to Mendelssohn.
