Madalina Ciotea is a Romanian film and theater actress.She was born on May 30 1984 in Cluj Napoca, Romania. She graduated from University Babes Bolyai Cluj Napoca in 2011.In 2013, she plays first role in the movie Element 1 .Known for work in films Toni Erdmann (2016) and De ce eu? (2015). Play on the stage of theater "Odeon" in Bucuresti.
